If any part of your PGYTECH product becomes non-functioning or defective, PgyTech will repair or replace it with the new item (assuming it is still available) after the returned item is inspected by EE Group, and it meets the criteria for repair or replacement under the PgyTech Limited Lifetime Warranty
(Note that "non-functioning or defective" does not include cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product.)

Their after-sales team will reply via email and provide an RMA form and instructions for shipping.
Upon Receipt of the product EE Group will inpsect it to ensure that it meets the criteria for repair or replacement under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. They will then notify you about whether the product will be accepted for repair or replacement and what needs to happen next.
