Southern Sun Drones uses Hilltop Imports  or EE Group for its Swellpro Splashdrone Warranty and Service and only EE Group for its Swellpro Spry Warranty and Service.

For both Warranty and Non-warranty service to your Splashdrone  please contact us (michael@southernsundrones.com.au or 0428322240) in the first instance to determine who to seek warranty service from. This depends on who supplied your Splashdrone to us.

Shipping costs to ship your product to Hilltop Imports is at your own cost. There is no charge for an appraisal of your product. If you choose not to go ahead with repairs you will only have to pay for Return Shipping.

If you did not purchase your Swellpro product from a Hilltop Imports retailer they will accept your product for Warranty repairs but there is a charge of $130 to process Warranty claims.

The repair service turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks. Factory repairs at Swellpro would be arranged when repair parts are out of stock, and turnaround time would be extended to 2-3 weeks. For non-warranty service, the turnaround time depends on customer payment. Please note the repair process cannot be undertaken before payment is confirmed.

Shipping and repair costs for Non-warranty service is chargeable in full to the owner of the product.
