 This Support Product is for Schools who have NOT purchased their products from Southern Sun Drones, but would like some Support to overcome setup issues or technical glitches.

Please note that we are happy to answer simple questions at any time and there is no charge, of course, for that service. However, if this simple Support takes longer than 15 minutes we will ask you to purchase this  support product.

You have a number of options for conducting support sessions;

  1. For schools in the Adelaide metro area or Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, we can visit you (minimum 3 hours)

How to Book a Session

  1. Purchase the Refundable Deposit. Note that if for any reason you cannot proceed with the session we will be happy to Fully Refund the Deposit.If you choose to go ahead with the Support Session, the Deposit will cover your First Hour, or part thereof.
  2. After you receive your initial confirmation of purchase via email we will contact you to negotiate When and Where/How the Support Session will be conducted, as well as the anticipated length of the session. There will also be a charge for Travel Costs, if required, by negotiation.
  3. We will Invoice your School for the full session once the session has concluded.
