It normally takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order ready for shipment. During peak Sale times it may take us a little longer. There may also be other unusual instances where our ability to process your order in 1 to 2 business days is not feasible. We will contact you if there is a delay in processing.

Use of Couriers
Where we deem a courier service to be a better delivery option to a specific location we reserve the right to use a Courier at no extra cost to you.
If you specifically require a courier to deliver your purchases please contact us. In this instance the courier cost will be charged to you.
- We currently DO NOT ship to destinations outside Australia.
Once your order has been shipped
You will receive notifications from us as follows;
- Advising that your order has been shipped. This may include your Tracking Number.
- Advising your Tracking Number – You may have already received this number.
- Advising that your order is out for delivery.
- Advising that delivery has occurred.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected time we ask that you please wait a further 48 hours before contacting us. Sometimes, but rarely, deliveries can be interrupted for a variety of acceptable reasons.
- Shipping Times cannot be predicted with absolute precision because of the nature of goods transportation.
Paid Digital Products (eg DJI Care Refresh) 2 to 3 business days (including Order Processing)
- Once your payment is confirmed, details of your product and how to use it will be sent to you in an email.
- Processing time; 2 to 3 business days.
FREE Instruction and Support Resources
- Once you have processed these through the Checkout for FREE you will be presented with a link to download your product.
- You will also be sent an email with the download link and instructions to download your product.
- Note that you can download your resource as often as you like for FREE.
- If the product is updated in the future you will be notified by email with a link to return and download the updated version
