Product Warranties, Returns and Refunds

Very Important

If your product has not arrived, has arrived damaged or an incorrect product has been delivered, please email the details to us IMMEDIATELY on (admin@southernsundrones.com.au). If possible include images of any damage.

Retain all packaging and do not attempt to use the product.

Product Warranties

All our products are sourced from Australian suppliers and have Australian Warranties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to become familiar with the warranty Terms and Conditions for the product(s) purchased.

We generally do not offer refunds where the customer changes their mind about the  product. We do offer refunds where a product is incorrectly delivered, damaged in transit or lost in transit. However, each case is dealt with individually.

If you believe you are due a Refund please contact us on 0428322240 or admin@southernsundrones.com.au).

We will allow upto 15 days from delivery for you to contact us if you believe that you qualify for a refund.


To be eligible for a return;

  • your item must be undamaged by you and in the same condition that you received it (if it arrived damaged, contact us immediately and then return it in that condition. DO NOT try to fix it yourself.).
  • original packaging must be in good condition (return the product in this)
  • If you require Warranty Service please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer links above.
  • Please DO NOT return any products directly to us. If in doubt about what to do please contact us on 0428322240 or admin@southernsundrones.com.au).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product meets the eligibility requirements above, a refund will be approved.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Please note that products that are Pre-ordered will need to be paid for in full to reserve your product. We reserve the right to charge a 10% Restocking Fee if you cancel your Pre-order. Any refund due will be less the 10% Restocking Fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular priced items can be returned under this policy. Sale priced items may be returned by negotiation (contact us), but you will only receive a refund equal to the original discounted price.

Return Shipping

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, at your cost. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
