Once your order has been shipped
You will receive notifications from us as follows;
Advising that your order has been shipped. This may include your Tracking Number.
Advising your Tracking Number – You may have already received this number.
Advising that your order is out for delivery.
Advising that delivery has occurred.
Each product description in store will provide information about your expected delivery time frame. This estimate is the shortest and longest possible times it may take to deliver your order.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time we ask that you please wait a further 48 hours before contacting us. Sometimes, but rarely, deliveries can be interrupted for a variety of acceptable reasons.
Shipping Times cannot be predicted with absolute precision because of the nature of goods transportation.
Paid Digital Products (eg DJI Care Refresh) 2 to 3 business days (including Order Processing)
Once your payment is confirmed, details of your product and how to use it will be sent to you in an email.

FREE Instruction and Support Resources
Once you have processed these through the Checkout for FREE you will be presented with a link to download your product.
You will also be sent an email with the download link and instructions to download your product.
Note that you can download your resource as often as you like for FREE.
If the product is updated in the future you will be notified by email with a link to return and download the updated version
