Purchase Conditions
Any EVO II customer can purchase Autel Robotics Care as long as they are within their one year warranty period. In order to purchase an Autel Robotics Care service key, customers must verify their Aircraft Serial Number on the Autel website.
Customers must also meet one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for Autel Robotics Care:
- Must own an aircraft that has never been opened
- Must own an aircraft that has been activated within 48 hours of their attempt to purchase Autel Care
If either of the above is not applicable, customers must send in their Drone for a functional evaluation to our repair team. Please contact us for instructions
